SPENCER Gas Pressure-Booster Blower – USA
Spencer gas pressure booster skid packages play an integral role in biogas production. The Spencer blower are custom designed and fabricated out of special materials that resist the corrosive effects of the gas, can be used at any stage of gas booster, biogas production and transfer the biogas for vehicle fuel, building heat, plant power, sludge drying to make compost & fertilizer.
Since 1892, Spencer’s dedicated engineering group has applied its air and gas handling experience to determine requirements and solve problems for the customers.
The Spencer’s package is multistage, hermetically sealed, centrifugal blower. The blower is fabricated from material that suitable for the corrosive gas, the housing and stationary internal parts are made of SS, the impeller are anodized aluminum, and the equipment includes an Inconel electrical connector.
An explosion proof motor is located inside the housing, where it is cooled by the biogas flow, extending its life and enhancing performance. The hermetic design provides for zero leakage to the environment and odor free gas delivery.
